SurvSync

SurvSync is a surveyor operating system built to support the full surveying workflow — from on-site data capture to report creation, client communication, document storage and long-term record access.

At the centre of SurvSync is an independent mobile app, built specifically for site inspections. Surveyors can use it on-site to capture notes, photos, voice notes and inspection data, while staying connected to the wider SurvSync web platform.

Information collected on site flows into the Report Builder, where it can be structured into the final report. The optional AI Copilot can help organise notes and support report preparation, while the surveyor remains in control of the final content.

SurvSync also includes a built-in CRM engine that tracks clients, instructions, documents, communications, reminders and payments. The CRM feeds into Datum, a dedicated client portal service where surveyors can add selected documents and reports for clients to view, sign and pay for when required.

Alongside this, SurvSync includes desktop research, document templates, invoice creation and the secure Vault for long-term document storage.

The goal is simple: to give surveyors a more connected, organised and efficient way to manage their daily work — from instruction to final report and beyond.
