We’re DigiProp, a UK-based property technology company focused on helping surveyors and property professionals present their work more clearly, confidently, and professionally.

Our core product is the Interactive Digital Report (IDR). It combines a surveyor’s existing report with a full 360° visual capture of the property, creating an immersive, easy-to-share digital record that clients can genuinely understand. Rather than replacing established survey workflows, we work alongside them. Surveyors continue using their preferred reporting software, upload their completed PDF and imagery, and we package everything into a single interactive experience.

What makes this particularly valuable is depth and certainty. A full 360° capture records the condition of the entire property at the time of inspection. That means surveyors can revisit areas when finalising reports, auditors can review inspections remotely, and disputes or complaints can be addressed with clear visual evidence. Many of our users tell us this provides real peace of mind from a professional indemnity perspective, especially where issues arise months after completion.

From the client’s point of view, the experience is very different from receiving a long PDF by email. Instead, they receive a simple link to a digital report where they can walk through the property virtually, view annotated images, and understand how findings relate to specific locations. We operate across England and Wales with a distributed capture network and work with surveyors of all sizes, from sole practitioners to large multi-disciplinary firms. There are no ongoing hosting fees for our 360° tours, and our token-based model allows surveyors to use the service as and when they need it, without being locked into subscriptions.
